  11. Dumb question:   Let's say I have caller ID with my phone co.; and my modem 
  12. supports it.  How would I use it with my modem?  (I'm not asking for 
  13. initialization strings or anything).  Would I set my modem to answer calls 
  14. (which I've never done), and then the incoming call # would show up on my 
  15. screen?  Or do I need special software.  Anyway, I never use my modem to 
  16. answer calls, so maybe this is a moot question.
